Do I have Raynaud's disease?
I am a male currently sixteen years old, and about a year ago I began to notice my hands reacting strangely to cold weather. In weather of about fifty degrees farenheit, what i used to consider t-shirt weather, is now painful and causes my hands to turn completely purple. Some times even mild temperatures, around 60 degrees, have caused this color and sensitivity change to occur. Although I will admit I have been putting my body through the ringer as far as enduring cold "coincindentily" for the past year, as I have been training with the hope of one day becoming a navy seal. Anyone who knows about Bud/s training, knows being able to cope with cold weather is essential and in all seriousness and no axaduration what so ever, last winter I would frequently go weeks at a time no feeling in my hands.

Correction it is Raynaud's syndrome. There isn't a disease process with it and the finding is relatively benign. Just warm your hands and color should come back to normal.
