Natural remedies to help regulate menstrual cycle?
I haven't gotten a natural period since May. My doctor perscribed me progesterone to induce a period which hopefully would induce ovulation, but it did not. I am looking for some natural remedies for this and have come across vitex and acupuncture. What do you know about these two options? Or do you know of others that i should look into?
